Commercial Terms
- All prices are in USD and exclusive of applicable VAT, GST, or withholding taxes.
- Enterprise plans are invoiced annually in advance or monthly by prior agreement.
- Payments accepted: credit/debit card, wire transfer, or purchase order (enterprise only).
- Payment processing is handled by Paddle.com Market Limited as Merchant of Record.
- Minimum 12-month commitment on all Enterprise plans; custom terms available for multi-year agreements.
- Pricing valid from July 2026 to 31 December 2026. Subject to change with 30 days’ written notice.
- A formal Service Agreement and Data Processing Agreement (DPA) are signed before enterprise activation.
